Biography
Dr. C. Dineshkumar is a mathematician with expertise in fractional calculus, control theory, and applied mathematics. He completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics at Vellore Institute of Technology, India, where he studied fractional stochastic systems and their controllability. He later worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Kunsan National University, South Korea, focusing on fractional-order controllers to improve renewable energy systems such as wind turbines. His research connects mathematics with real-world applications in engineering and neuroscience. He uses fractional models to understand memory effects, stability, and long-term behavior in complex systems. Dr. Dineshkumar has published widely in international journals, served as reviewer and editor, and continues to advance interdisciplinary research in stochastic systems, neural networks, nonlinear control, and brain dynamics.
