个人简介
赵伟,2026年7月加入复旦大学智能复杂体系基础理论与关键技术实验室,任助理教授A。分别于2015年和2020年在北京大学取得学士与博士学位(导师:张磊 教授),2021-2026年在加州大学尔湾分校担任博士后研究员(合作导师:Qing Nie 教授)。主要从事数学、计算与生命科学的交叉研究,致力于发展融合单细胞组学数据与动力学建模的复杂生命系统智能计算方法,解析复杂生物网络结构与动态调控机理。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)身份发表的论文收录于Nature Communications、Cell Systems、Metabolism等期刊,并开发了单细胞数据驱动的神经通讯推断算法NeuronChat。
