In order to further enhance cooperation between Fudan University and Xuanwu District and facilitate practical outcomes, Wang Ping, a science and technology specialist dispatched by Xuanwu District to Fudan University, conducted in-depth visits to enterprises to gain insights into their development needs and technical challenges. Dr. Zhang Zhongzhi, a dual professor from Research Institute of Intelligent Complex Systems, and Dr. Yang Wei, the assistant director of Research Institute of Intelligent Complex Systems, actively participated in this endeavor. On April 21st, Professor Zhang Zhongzhi's team engaged in face-to-face communication with various entities including enterprises, educational institutions, and government bodies within Xuanwu District to foster sustainable economic development through scientific research outcomes. Finally, the team visited Xuzhuang High-tech Zone Management Member Association for further discussion and exchange. During the forum, detailed presentations were given on high-level talent policies and Zijinshan talent plan. Tailored talent policies and project implementation methods were discussed extensively, along with in-depth exchanges on intern cooperation, resource utilization at opening scenes and establishment of new research institutions. Professor Zhang’s team expressed their satisfaction with fruitful research outcomes while deeply appreciating the charm and enthusiasm exhibited by Xuanwu district. They pledged to bring back Xuanwu's advantageous talent policy framework to Fudan University while further refining collaboration models with both companies involved to prompt the realization of scientific research results.
