获选IEEE Senior Member,中国工业与应用数学学会数学生命科学专业委员会副主任委员,中国运筹学会计算系统生物学分会常务理事,上海市非线性科学研究会第六届副理事长、第六、七届秘书长,上海市住建委科技委科技信息与智慧城市专委会副主任。担任国际期刊IJBC之AE,国际期刊CHAOS编辑咨询委员会委员,CSF之Editor,Research之AE,Frontiers in Network Physiology之AE。近年来主要开展:有限与无限维动力系统、复杂和随机网络调控动力学、参数识别与数据同化、因果关系以及这些理论、模型与算法在计算系统生物学、社会科学以及人工智能领域的深度应用等交叉研究工作。现已在国际相关领域的顶级或一流期刊Nature Comm.、Nature Phys.、PRL、PNAS、IEEE汇刊、SIAM汇刊等上发表学术论文90余篇,部分成果被Cell、PRL、PRX、PNAS、Nature子刊、Chemical Rev、IEEE汇刊等重要期刊中的成果引用。2011年获教育部霍英东基金会高校青年教师二等奖,2014-2019年连续入选Elsevier中国高被引学者(通用工程领域)榜单,2019年获世界华人数学家联盟最佳论文奖,2019年获上海市五一劳动奖章(科创中心),2020年获上海市自然科学一等奖(排名第二)。于2019年获国家杰出青年基金资助,2018年获得国家重点研发计划重点项目首席负责人,2013年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助,2011年入选教育部新世纪人才和上海市曙光学者计划,2012年入选上海市科技启明星(跟踪)计划。
